Generation takes roughly 2–3 minutes. Keep the app open while it works.
Eight full chapters, typically 40–80 PDF pages depending on the topic.
In the Library tab. Tap any completed book to open or download the PDF. Books stay in your library and can be downloaded again at any time.
Open it from the Library and tap Continue. Generation resumes from where it left off — you won't be charged an extra credit.
Yes. The eBooks are yours. Sell them, give them away, or use them commercially.
Not inside the app yet. You get a finished PDF — if you want to edit it, open it in any PDF editor. In-app editing is on our roadmap.
Subscriptions renew automatically and give you a set number of eBooks each period — 5 per week or 15 per month.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. You buy them once, they never expire, and there is nothing to cancel.
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial that includes 2 eBooks. You won't be charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
Close the app completely and reopen it — your balance refreshes on launch. If it still looks wrong, tap Restore Purchases in the Account tab. Still stuck? Email us with your purchase date and we'll fix it.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us:
Cancel at least 24 hours before your period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the current period expires.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our side — a book that never generated, a credit that never arrived — email us first and we'll sort it out directly.
No. Credit packs never expire.
MakeEbook creates an account automatically the first time you open the app, tied to your device. No email, no password, no forms.
Because accounts are tied to the device, reinstalling can create a new account. Tap Restore Purchases in the Account tab to recover subscriptions. If your library or credits are missing, email us — we can usually recover them.
Email [email protected] and we'll delete your account and all your eBooks within 30 days.
A device identifier, an account number, your purchase history, and the eBooks you generate. Nothing else — no name, no email, no location, no tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
Usually a connection issue. Check your internet, then open the book from the Library and tap Continue. You won't lose the credit — it resumes where it stopped.
Tap the book in your Library, then use the share sheet to save it to Files. If nothing happens, close and reopen the app and try again.
Email us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help.
